MISSION STATEMENT

To safely provide challenging group and private classical and contemporary Pilates reformer classes with a focus on basic Pilates principles and results.  All clients start with a private session to review orthopedic or medical conditions.  Clients are then introduced to the equipment and walked through a variety of basic movements on the Pilates reformer equipment ...all intended to prepare clients for attending group classes.  Group classes are taught with attention to ability level to safely introduce clients to more challenging movements, as appropriate.  Safety is a priority, as are the results achieved by a wide variety of movements.

Toned Body Pilates studio brings affordable group Pilates reformer classes to Stuart and Sewall’s Point, where the goal is to build a community of Pilates enthusiasts.
